Rehoboth

Rehoboth is the name of a well that Isaac dug as he separated himself from the Philistines (Genesis 26:22).

The location of biblical Rehoboth is far from certain, but some have suggested that this may be the site. Kh. Ruhebe (H. Rehovot; Palestinian Grid Reference 108048) is located about 22 mi. [35 km.] southwest of Beersheba.
