Palestine Exploration Maps of 1880 and Modern Israeli 1:50,000 Maps On-Line for Free!

These, very-hard-to-come-by, maps are now available on-line.  We can now use them in the comfort of our own studies instead of running to far off libraries!  And you can toggle to identical 1:50,000 Israeli maps! 

The modern Israeli 1:50,000 maps are in Hebrew.  In the upper right of the page, click on PEF-1880 to view the PEF maps.  You can zoom in and zoom out (see slider on the left side).
