Cliffs and Caves

View toward the west side of the Wadi es–Sir looking at the limestone cliffs. Note carefully in the center of the image the cliffs that run from left (south) to right (north).

There are actually two lines of cliffs, an upper and a lower line. Two of the entrances to the caves on the lower level have inscriptions beside them.
